I've been wanting to draw this ever since the rumour started that McGonagall and Snape would be dancing during the Yule Ball. So this is partly filmon, partly canon -- as McGonagall is wearing what she's discribed as wearing: tartan robes and a wreath of holly round her hat :)

When I found out--quite belatedly--that that scene was supposed to exist/was cut from the movie, my reaction was, "AW! DAMMIT! Why do they always cut the GOOD stuff?!" This drawing more than makes up for it, though! :heart: Especially love the detail on the tartan--that looks like it took a while!

Heehee :giggle: There *was* something going on between them in the new movie, wasn't there.... Or was I the only one who noticed that each of them had only one single scene they were not together in.
Snape looks slightly irritated and McGonagall's eybrow says it all. :D This pic would be sure nice with some surroundings or background.
